How to book?

The Senior Living Apartment will be made available based on the Document of Understanding between Trust and  an eligible individual above the age of 60 years. Since the community has been custom designed for Seniors it is proposed that on a permanent basis only those senior citizen/couple who needs it should reside in the same.

We are also happy to show the facility and for that one may call / e-mail / whatsapp a request to the Krishnashray office and schedule a visit. The staff will be more than happy to assist in arranging the same.

The details of the financial commitment required from the resident(s) intending to move in at Krishnashray – Senior Living are given below:

Regular Stay (period over 90 days)

The trust also expects a reasonable one time donation from the seniors moving in to Krishnashray.

Short Stay – For short stay between 1 to 90 days, the charges will be Rs30,000/- per month for first resident and Rs5000/- per month for additional resident. There will be an interest free refundable security deposit of Rs1,50,000/-.


  1. The above information is valid till 31-3-2022, after which it is subject to change.
  2. Electricity charges of MPEB/MP Poorv Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Ltd or Generator electricity is to be paid separately.
  3. All payments are to be made through banking channels/ account payee cheques/ NEFT/ RTGS only.
  4. Refer to the Document of Understanding, to understand the above in more detail and
    understand what these charges cover and what they exclude. Further the Document of
    Understanding states in detail the procedure for refund of refundable deposits and for
    utilization, top up & refund of medical emergency deposits.
  5. In case of resident having adequate Mediclaim insurance coverage, the medical emergency
    deposit may be reduced.
